Garments of Praise Ministry was founded by Michelle L. Peters in 2005 under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Michelle's passion and call for dance inspired her to start a dance team at her former church Harvest International Embassy.  In 2005, Michelle began her dance training under the leadership and teaching of Debra Tribune of Footsteps On Wings dance studio. Michelle received her training in Ballet, Liturgical, Modern and African Dance. 
Michelle's first choreographed dance was HOLY by Judy Jacobs at Christ Redemption Church in Buffalo New York. There was a Mighty, Powerful outpouring of Gods presence as many women were healed at this special Women's Retreat. In October, 2008, Michelle graduated from EITI (Eagles International Training Institute) under the leadership and teaching of Apostle Dr. Pamela Hardy. Michelle received her Minister of Dance license through Set Free Ministries. In 2010, Michelle was leader and teacher with TEN (The Eagles Network) whose purpose is to train, equip and educate those called to the ministry of dance; and GAP Ohio Leader (Gospel Aerobic Praise) Fundraiser/Outreach Ministry founded by Rev. Eyesha Marable. Michelle is a member of The Ministry Of Movement founded by Prophetess Kolani Fowler who mentors and teaches on prophetic dance, and impartation. 
Michelle has danced for several churches, weddings, and ministry engagements throughout the community. Her passion is to bring healing and deliverance through dance by setting the captives free from brokenness and bondage. Michelle is currently a minister of dance with Living Faith World Ministries Pastor Tony Barhoo.
